Spacious upstairs and downstairs - plenty of room for at least two families. No central air for downstairs area - window units were used instead. Gorgeous views of the ocean with easy close access to the beach.

Location, location, location! Fairly well stocked kitchen--able to cook in if you want. 30 minutes will get you to Corolla or Manteo. Southern Shores is a quiet community with beautiful beaches!

I can't say enough about this home- my family has stayed here now 3 summers in a row and it's our home away from home - we love every piece of this house - beautiful kitchen and deck & plenty of space

We loved this home! The large outdoor deck space was our favorite & we loved the swing. The gates on the deck made us feel better safety-wise since we had a toddler. Excellent location on the beach & enjoyed the most gorgeous sunsets. This home was spacious enough for us to be able to spread out & the kitchen provided plenty of seating. Would recommend!

The property is adjacent to the public access. At first, I was concerned, but i shouldn't have been. The beach was at times more crowded as a result of the public access, but the advantage is that there is a lifeguard on duty from morning to about 7:00 p.m. That would be a big plus for families with children (ours are all adults not). There was always plenty of room on the beach and the access from the house is excellent.

This is an adorable neighborhood and the view is magnificent from this house. We loved the deck swing and the master bedroom is very spacious.
