PART-TIME VACATION RENTAL CLEANING SPECIALIST – The In-House Cleaner position is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of vacation rental properties to ensure a welcoming environment for guests. Duties include thoroughly cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas, restocking household supplies, and reporting maintenance issues as needed. Must have reliable transportation, a strong work ethic, and attention to detail. Prior cleaning experience is preferred but not required—training is provided! Must be available to work weekends and holidays during peak season.
SEASONAL COTTAGE INSPECTORS—We are hiring cottage inspectors from June through October. Inspectors must ensure furnishings and households are in order for arrivals. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone. The skill set should include the ability to walk flights of stairs and report findings to the office. We offer a competitive wage. Candidates must work Saturday or Saturday and Sunday.
FULL-TIME/PART-TIME SEASONAL RUNNER - The Runner position will assist in the housekeeping/maintenance needs of all properties. Job will consist of a wide variety of tasks that will help to support the guest operations team. A runner will be called upon to deliver items, conduct essential property inspections, and perform routine light maintenance duties. You must have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a smartphone. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be willing to work Saturday-Monday.
FULL-TIME ASSISTANT CLEANING AND INSPECTION COORDINATOR - We are looking for an assistant for our cleaning and inspection coordinators and to work directly with our cleaners & inspectors to ensure standards of cleanliness and sanitation for vacation rental homes. Good organizational and communication skills are a must as well as the ability to multi-task with efficiency and accuracy. Computer skills are required and previous experience with property management software is also a plus. This position involves answering phones, emailing guests and homeowners, and interacting with vendors, guests, and homeowners. Must be willing to work weekends and later hours on those days.
