Partial Week Rental Information

Getting away for a week-long vacation isn't always possible.  Sometimes you need a recharge.  Joe Lamb Jr. & Associates can help with that!  We offer partial week rentals in a variety of select properties.  There are specific guidelines for these flexible vacation rentals.  If you are looking for an escape for a few days, we can accommodate you.  Pack your bags and we'll see you at the beach!  If you have questions please reach out to us and we will happily assist you.

Partial Week Rental Information

We offer over 100 properties for partial-week rentals. On select dates throughout the year, you can enjoy a flexible getaway with a three—or four-night stay.

Partial Week Rental Availability:

  • January 1 – April 27 (some properties extend availability through May 17).
  • October 18 – December 21 (some properties allow reservations as early as September 27).

General Rental Guidelines:

  • All homes can be reserved in weekly increments.
  • Odd-numbered homes (1, 3, 5, etc.) rent Saturday to Saturday.
  • Even-numbered homes (2, 4, 6, etc.) rent Sunday to Sunday.
  • Rentals of 5 or 6 nights will be considered a full-week rental for pricing purposes.
  • Holiday weeks (Good Friday, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s) are excluded from partial week stays.

During approved partial week rental periods, arrival and departure days are flexible.

For all other dates:

  • Partial week rentals are accepted starting the Monday of any given week.
  • Departure must align with the normal designated turnover day.

Adding Extra Nights to Your Stay:

  • Before your stay – Additional nights can be added on the Monday before you arrive at a prorated rate.
  • After your stay – Additional nights may be added on a prorated basis on the Wednesday of your reservation week, except during peak season (first weekend in May through the end of Columbus Day week).

Important Policies for Partial Week Rentals

When making your reservation request, please keep the following policies in mind:

  • Minimum Stay: A 3-night minimum is required for all stays.
  • Rates & Availability: Prices, amenities, and available dates are subject to change.
  • Rental Agreement: A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations.
  • Advance Payment: For reservations less than 45 days away, the advance rent payment is due within 24 hours.
  • Extended Availability: Some properties offer extended dates for partial week stays.
