Partial Week Rental Information

Getting away for a week-long vacation isn't always possible.  Sometimes you just need a recharge.  Joe Lamb Jr. & Associates can help with that!  We offer partial week rentals in a variety of select properties.  There are specific guidelines for these flexible vacation rentals.  If you are looking for an escape for a few days, we can accommodate you.  Pack your bags and we'll see you at the beach !  If you have questions please reach out to us and we will happily assist you. 

All homes can be reserved in weekly increments. Most odd-numbered (1, 3, 5, etc.) rental homes are rented from Saturday to Saturday. Most even numbered (2, 4, 6, etc.) rental homes are rented from Sunday to Sunday. Some of our homes can be rented for a minimum of 3 nights and any rental period of 5 or 6 nights will be considered a full-week rental for the purpose of determining the rental rate. Such reservations are referred to as Partial Week Rentals and are accepted in advance of arrival for the time period starting January 1 through the last full week in April, some properties accept them through the third full week in May, and resume the first full week following Columbus Day, some properties accept them after the last full week in September, through December 31 excluding Holiday Weeks (for example: Good Friday, Easter, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s). During this time arrival /departure days are flexible. For time periods other than those listed, reservations for partial weeks will be accepted no sooner than the Monday of any given week and the day of departure cannot vary from the normal designated turnover day. Some homes allow the addition of extra nights to your current reservation. The additional nights can be added the Monday prior to your reservation date on a prorated basis for days that occur prior to your stay. Any additional nights following your scheduled departure day can be added on a prorated basis on the Wednesday of your current reservation unless the reservation occurs from the first weekend in May through the end of Columbus Day week.

Keep in mind when making your request that the following policies apply.

• There is a three (3) night minimum on all stays.   

• Rates, amenities, and available weeks are subject to change.

• All reservations require a signed rental agreement.

• Your advance rent payment will be due within 24 hours for reservations that are less than 45 days in advance.tays. 

• Some properties have extended dates for partial stays.
