Check-In & Check-Out Procedures
- Check-in is between 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm. We reserve the right to delay check-in
- Do not go to or park your car at the property until check-in time. This can cause delays in cleaning or inspecting the property for your arrival.
- Please do not ship or drop off personal items before your check-in to your rental property. You may have packages or other items delivered to our Main Office to be picked up for your vacation.
- For those homes with keyless entry, codes are emailed to the leaseholder. Keys (if your property has a physical key) can be picked up at our office during normal check-in hours. If you arrive after hours, your keys and check-in information will be in the drop-box outside the front door to our office.
- Please depart the unit by 10:00 am. All personal belongings should be removed from the vacation rental.
- All dishes, pots, pans, and flatware need to be washed and returned to their proper places. Remove all food and trash. Place trash in proper containers and roll it to the edge of the street for pick-up.
- Wipe down appliances, counters, etc. Clean the wood fireplace and/or grill if used.
- You can leave the sheets on the bed; our cleaners will strip the beds for you. Bath towels should be placed in the bathtub.
- Items rented from a company should be bundled and placed according to their instructions.
- Ensure all doors and windows are locked and all lights are turned off. The thermostat should be set to 75 degrees in the summer and 60 degrees in the winter.
- On departure day, keyless entry lock codes stop working at 10:00 am. Those with traditional locks must return their keys to our office.
- Locate your keyless entry code.
- Enter your keyless entry code into the door's keypad by pressing firmly on each button.
- Once you enter your keyless entry code into the door`s keypad, the display at the top of the lock will flash green letting you know that your keyless entry code was accepted.
