Skipper's Watch is a great place to stay!
You can't beat the location. Just over the bridge, so you don't sit in traffic, a private beach so you don't have a lot of people on it. The house is a decent size so everyone is not on top of each other. All of the bathrooms & kitchen look new. All of the mattresses were comfortable. It has a cute back deck so you can watch the sunset. The community pool was great if the ocean was too rough or for just a dip at the end of the day. The view of the ocean from the top and & lower deck is breathtaking. The best part to me is how close the house is to the water. So easy to run back up to the house for something. We all loved this house!

Great property! We have been renting in OBX for several years and 28 Pelican Watch is our favorite. Having a private walkway to the beach and water views from the house made our stay even better. Our grandchildren really enjoyed using the community pool.

The property has a great beach location with easy access to the beach and limited access means less crowds. Nice outdoor spaces and upper deck off primary BR is great. Kitchen is very nice size.

The duplex is perfectly located near grocery store, pizza shops, and other businesses but is in Southern Shores so the beach is less crowded. This is one of our favorite small houses in OBX.

This unit has an excellent location and is well maintained. It is constantly updated. You would not be making a mistake in renting this unit.

This is a lovely oceanfeont duplex that is gteat for smaller groups. The owners care about their property and are making comrinual improvements to an older home. The kitchen is well stocked and has been renovated. We've stayed several times and the house has always been clean. I think this is the best property in Pelican's Watch.
