The location of the unit is excellent. It's on the beach in a quieter area but close to restaurants and activities. The unit is perfect for a couple or small family. It's decorated nicely and has lots of games

The team at Joe Lamb Jr. made our rental experience a great success. The paperless rental agreement and keyless entry made everything a breeze. They also let us know of HVAC maintenance during our stay. The AC by the way works great and One Hour HVAC did a thorough inspection. HVAC happens to be my field and I would highly recommend their services.

We really enjoy our stay which is why we have been back repeatedly. You don't hear your neighbor and the view of the ocean is nice. We also enjoyed watching the sun rise on one end on the unit and then the sun set on the other end.

Excellent top floor unit, very clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were amply furnished. Overall, it looks just like it does in the pics. We will most definitely be back.
