This property was even better than the pictures. The kitchen has been newly updated. All the furniture was in good repair, the kitchen was well stocked. We had no complaints. We had a group of 12, 7 adults and 5 kids ranging from 7 to 15. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out. The pool and hot tub were nice to enjoy after a day at the beach. The beach access was so nice and close with no stairs or large hills to climb. We could see the ocean from the second and third floors. We loved this house and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great week at Tiki Tonite. The beach access was excellent. The house had adequate space for our family of 11 and was equipped well. Easy walking distance to Sam and Omies, 7-11, Dune Burger and Fat Boys Ice cream.

Tiki Tonite is the perfect house if you like views of the ocean and the sound! Our kids loved the pool and the house itself was perfect for our group of 12. The short walk to the beach was appreciated as well.
