We have been coming to OBX for 30 years and this was our favorite rental. The house is in great shape and access to the beach is fantastic. We have already agreed to return to this property next year.

Very spacious and nicely appointed home with every kitchen item you could need while on vacation. There isn't much shade by the pool until the afternoon. There is a lift by the entrance so you can get all your belongings to either the 2nd or 3rd floors--genius idea! There are TWO dishwashers in the main kitchen, and at first I didn't understand why. Now, I want two in my own home because while one is washing the other can be a collection for more dirties so your sink is always free--love it! It is clear the homeowners care for this home--from the upkeep to the decorations and furnishings. It will not disappoint.

This house is in a great location, and had all the essentials we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, and pots/pans. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean. Pool was nice and kept clean!

Your home is beautiful! This was our first time staying at the OBX Jewel and loved it. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed to cook. Bedrooms were comfortable and it was wonderful having a bathroom for each bedroom. The only challenge was the parking. It was very tight all week but we made it work. We spent a ton of time in the pool and really enjoyed it. Mark, the pool guy, was very attentive to keeping up with the pool. I can tell how organized you are by everything being labeled (remotes, cabinets, light switches) and the binder you put together with your personal recommendations. It was so helpful!!! Thank you for sharing your home. We will definitely be back!
