The house is in a very convenient location and within walking distance of the beach. The layout of the house works well, even affords a glimpse of the ocean from the upper deck. The homeowners were very generous is sharing items to make one's stay pleasant, from allowing a mature dog (large crate available in upstairs closet), to welcoming small children (highchair, pack 'n play come with rental), to stocking the kitchen well for both cooking and dining, to having items to share for rainy or sunny days (books, games, beach chairs and boogie boards). Appliances and AC all in good working order. Updated kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms. Built in grill, hot tub downstairs.

Well stocked kitchen. Easy access to the beach. Loved that sleeping was on one floor and living / kitchen on top floor. Furniture and beds were very comfortable.

A wonderful place to stay. Guests do not need to bring beach chairs because the owner has an ample supply for your use. The kitchen is incredibly stocked including a milkshake machine. The coffee maker accommodates both K-cups and a full pot.
