Deck gets a lot of sun, which is great, but no view of the water because of the dune.

The view and proximity to the water are my biggest criteria. Tannery exceeded my expectations here. Great for small families. Kitchen had some less common appliances such as waffle iron, crock pot, popcorn maker. Bookshelf full of books for beach reading. Smart TVs.

the tannery is a well maintained house. very comfortable. the owner has provided everything you need for a great vacation. if you do experience a problem, the owner is prompt on repairing any issue you may have.

My husband, son and I had a great time while at the beach, mostly because this beautiful property had everything we needed from great ocean views, beach access right beside us, and all the kitchen items needed for cooking, great beds to sleep in and plenty of room for sitting when we had visitors come by or if we just wanted our own couch to curl up on while watching a movie. You can really tell the owner works hard to keep this property up to par for not just themselves but for others to enjoy as they rent it. I would recommend this beach home/property to anyone and everyone.

Loved how clean the house was. It smelled so good inside. You can see that you've taken great care of the house. Meticulously clean home in a perfect oceanfront location! Loved the views from the deck and crows nest. Furniture and beds were very comfy for a rental. Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. New high chairs on the deck made for great beach views and star gazing! Highly recommend and plan to return soon!

All compliments, including the cleanliness and updates to windows, carpet, ceiling, et al. Location was fantastic — right on the beach — and the accommodations were perfect for us two grandparents, two kids, and three grandchildren. It was an absolutely perfect place and stay for us!
