Love, love, love this house!! It's the PERFECT location right in the middle of Jennette's Pier and Outer Banks Pier. Great open floor plan on the upper level for hanging out, an amazing view of the ocean, great pool! We love coming to this home each year!!

Sunnyside was exceptional in all respects. Not only is the beachfront location ideal, but the house is located on a street with very little traffic. We appreciated the peace and quiet, along with what was essentially a private beach for just our family! The ocean views from the great room are stunning, the house is nicely furnished, and the kitchen well-equipped with everything we could possibly need to prepare and serve meals for a crowd.

Lovely home, location, views. just needed elevator for older folk like me. Furniture was comfortable and having recliner was great! Easy access to beach.

Our family has been coming to the Outer Banks for many years and have rented many different homes. This year we did not have pets and found Sunnyside. It was the best home we've rented so far. Great space. Well kept. The kids loved the both the pool and the swing set. We used the pool every day and simply loved the home.
