Very nice property. Clean and loved the updated bathrooms! Plenty of room and the kitchen is very well stocked. Double appliances and the ice machine make it easy for a large family! We will be back next year for our 5th year at this property! The views and access to the beach are awesome!

This property is perfect for our families needs. It has an elevator for our family members with limited mobility. The location is perfect for visiting other towns in the Outer Banks. It is centrally located. The improvement on the beach stairs was wonderful. We did not have to worry about old wood and splinters. Overall, our family loves this property, and we booked for next year!

This house was just as we had hoped. We had 11 people, and plenty of space to spread out when we wanted some quiet time. Reading on the top deck in the morning was one of my favorite parts, such a beautiful ocean view! Kitchen had everything we needed and then some. The elevator made an easier trip for Grandma, and the toddler joining her! :) thank you to the owners of high cotton and JLj for such a great week. We look forward to our visit next year! 🤍

This was our second year of renting with Joe Lamb & Associates, a different property each time. High Cotton was very comfortable, clean and the ocean views from the top floor are beautiful. The house is large enough for a crowd, the kitchen very well stocked, the heating and air worked very well. We love renting with Joe Lamb, they have always been very accommodating, professional, kind and overall, a great company to work with. We will be back next year (perhaps before) and we will rent again with Joe Lamb & Associates.
