This rental is well laid out and very cozy. The owners of the property have made upgrades to the furnishings and have made it a very comfortable place to spend our vacations. We have stayed in this house the past three or four years and have already made our reservation for the 2025 vacation in September. We love this house and have enjoyed our vacation time staying here. The neighborhood is quiet and we are close enough to the ocean to be able to sit on the deck or on the screened in porch and hear the ocean. We would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for an affordable rental in Nags Head.

Rise and Shine was just perfect for us. We had three bedrooms but really only needed one. The house was very clean and inviting. Everything was beautifully decorated and maintained. We are already booked to stay again next September and hope many more Septembers to come.

This is a great house to rent! Three bedrooms are perfect for a family or a group of friends, although there were only two of us when we stayed - it was the perfect size. Be aware that the laundry room is downstairs in the carport, and not inside the house. Not a huge deal, but if there are storms or if it's raining out, you'll be waiting to get your clothes if you decide to use it.
