This was the cleanest, best maintained rental home we have ever stayed in! The care & love that the owners have for this home showed in every room. We loved the photos throughout the home... At least once a year we vacation on the Outer Banks. This house was one of the cleanest if not the cleanest property we stayed in. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of all 3 of the master bedrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, including plastic ware for the kids.

This house is like a second home to us. We have been staying here since 2005. Our children were raised in this house! This year we returned with young adults.

The house is beautifully stocked with extras, especially the kitchen!
The pool, hot tub and dune-top deck are wonderful too. We also enjoy having breakfast and lunch on the breezy front porch.

We can't imagine staying in another house and are so appreciative of the Robinson's hospitality!

Very quaint and takes you back to when Flora lived there. Well kept and very well maintained. Pool and hot tub in great condition. Huge deck on top with picnic table to enjoy the ocean views and sunrises!

I would have loved more info about the history of the house! it was so comfortable and well appointed, and the saltwater pool was fabulous. Joe Lamb: the app that was available this year was great! I would recommend that you make sure to emphasize the importance of placing the trash on the street side of the bike path there as well as in the written info you gave.

This home is the quintessential beach cottage of yesteryear. Yet the inside was nicely updated and beach theme decorated. I liked the small touches of the family pictures around the cottage, especially the pictures of the cottage from long ago after a storm. The cottage had everything imaginable in the kitchen that one would need to cook or drink with. Plus the ice maker was a huge hit with us. The porch was the highlight of our stay. We sat on the rockers to watch our granddaughters swim in the pool and a few cocktails in the evenings. The beds were even great. I think everyone from our group didn't have one bad night of sleep. I hope that this cottage stays in your family for a long time. My family would like to come back again to stay in your cottage. Thank you!
