This is the perfect house for our family with kids ranging from 16 years old to 18 months old. The number of bedrooms & bed sizes, bathrooms and location to the beach as well as the backyard check off all the boxes that makes us keep coming back to this house every year.

The house was very clean and well equipped for our 11 that stayed the full week. The pool was great plus there's a large yard area by the pool to play games which is hard to find in Nags Head rentals! Would highly recommend.

Our family of 13 has been renting with JLJ for many years and this home was the best overall for location, layout, and amenities. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, griddle, instapot, slow cooker, and plenty of table/flatware and utensils.
The location was perfect, if I had to nitpick an issue, it would be the distance to the beach access (it is only a few hundred feet so hardly a difficult walk).
The home layout was perfect, the bedroom and pull-out sofa on the first level was perfect for the couple with an older teenager wanting space away from the younger kids. The bunk room and adjoining twin bedroom were perfect for the 2 girls and 3 boys
The winner of the award for perfection, however, was the backyard/pool area. The backyard was huge! Football, cornhole, bocce, frisbee...plenty of room. The pool was large and deeper than expected and the ledge/stepped stair entry was perfect for relaxing.
