Reservation process and check in was very easy. They accommodated us when we arrived before 4 by allowing us to go ahead and go in because cleaning was complete. Very nice property and seems very well taken care of. In about 20 years of our annual trip there we were using another realtor and got more and more fed up every year. Homes filthy and in ill repair. Prices doubled this past year. Happy to discover Joe Lamb and this home!

Liked that the vacuum cleaners were in good operating order. We used them a few times to vacuum the top level.
