Perfect little cottage by the sea! We have rented this piece of heaven on and off for 25 years and are never disappointed. Comfortably sleeps 9. Owners obviously care for the comfort of their guests as all the amenities are spot on. Location to the beach can't be beat...nothing better than the sunrise over the sea from the front deck of this true gem.

We rented this cottage for 20 consecutive summers (1993-2013). It has always been well-equipped, well-maintained, comfortable, and felt like "coming home". When we heard in 2021 that the owners had become dog-friendly, we were beyond delighted! We have now enjoyed TWO summers in this little piece of paradise, having come full circle with a NEW generation (grandchildren) to make NEW memories here. The owners are wonderfully generous with the amenities within and the proximity to the beach really IS "Close Enough"... I'd add PERFECTLY so!

JOE LAMB, JR. IS A GREAT COMPANY TO STAY WITH. THIS UNIT IS TERRIFIC. THE HANDICAPPED HOME WOULD BE VERY SUITABLE FOR "MOST" HANDICAPPED PEOPLE.
