We came right after Idalia left so there was sand everywhere - but being Oceanfront not a surprise and I did a little clean up. Joe Lamb staff came the day after we arrived to clear the decks and stairs of the over-washed sand without us calling. We've liked being with Joe Lamb for many years.

Could not ask for a better location // 5 minutes away from Nags Head proper, but far enough away to have the privacy expected at the Outer Banks. House was very clean, well stocked, and provided plenty of space for 5 couples to spend the week steps from the sea and sand. One bedroom downstairs does not have a bathroom accessible to it unless you go upstairs or through a bedroom. Overall would absolutely stay here again.

The Welcome Inn's location cannot be beat. The cottage has great bones, with an awesome floor plan. I've been going to the outer banks since I was a baby - it just reminded me of old Nags Head.

Great location close to the OBX fishing pier and Fisheads Bar and Grill! The floorplan was great for my family of six amd my parents! Beautiful sunrises directly from the deck!! Hot tub location on the deck was so nice and private and you can enjoy hearing the ocean from the hot tub. Location! Location! Location is the main reason this home was excellent??
