The house was clean and kitchen stocked with all needed items. Proximity to the beach was an easy walk and the pool was clean. The porch/deck had several nice rocking chairs. Excellent view of the sunrise while drinking our morning coffee. Although the house isn't large there was plenty of room for our 3 young grandchildren and 5 adults. My husband loved the outdoor shower.

By far my family’s favorite small house on the beach. House is located on a quiet street with minimal thru traffic. Short walk to the beach and an awesome newly renovated beach access.

We loved this house - it was great to have a place that only had one set of stairs! :) - We used the garage for heavy coolers where we could keep drinks cold for hanging at the pool. We also liked the proximity to the beach access; very close and convenient to everything else!

Just the perfect spot! Quiet area with just a quick walk to the beach. (50ft) It has a very nice pool for little kids or big kids to play water volleyball. The house is comfortable and has all amenities needed for vacation week. We loved every minute of our vacation.

A stone's throw from the beach, this home is perfect for families to enjoy all its well-maintained amenities, most notably the pool! It has a great layout with an open concept Living room and kitchen and good sized bedrooms all with TVs. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the wrap-around deck . The area is very quiet but not a far drive from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping and of course ice cream :)

We would definitely stay here again. Very close to the beach and beach access. The check in/out process could not have been easier. Thank you Joe Lamb Realty. The house is dog friendly which is AWESOME (and very clean) but the yard unfortunately is not. My puppy dog got burrs and thorns stuck in his paws so please take your dog to the beach (with a bag!) to do his business. Otherwise you will have a hurt loved one.

We enjoyed the location and short walk to the beach. I liked the house being located on a quiet street with very little traffic. Rental is well maintained and furnished. Loved that the deck was pet gated. We had to be careful walking the dog due to all the cactus in the yard. We walked him down the street towards the fire hydrant on the corner due to that. My daughter found out about the cactus our first day there by stepping on one. By far my favorite rental we have had in 35 years vacationing on the Outer Banks. Thank you for sharing with us.
