This is one of the newest properties on the beach, and one of the nicest. The covered porch is a selling point. Not many houses have them, and you are left sweltering in the heat.

Please don't try to rent at the same time we do. We love the time of year and the month we are there.the home is very relaxing and full of sun light .
The decks allow you to have sun all day , front and back.The master shower is really big enough for two and wine. Plenty of room for food and drinks with the two refrigerators.A great place to enjoy with friends or family.

Over the Dune is the perfect home for a relaxing family vacation. It's well appointed, comfortable, and ideally located in Kitty Hawk. The kitchen had everything we needed to make several family meals. The pool and backyard were perfect for yard games and family time. We loved having 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 washer/dryers. We used them all!

This house is a perfect upscale oasis in the middle of Kitty Hawk. The amenities are fantastic, the space is open and welcoming and the ability to get to the beach and back quickly is amazing. You are a short drive to everything around.
