Property very clean and well maintained. This was the cleanest rental home we ever entered. Home felt new and was extremely well stocked from the brand new gas grill to the well supplied kitchen. We enjoyed the larger than most in ground pool on a daily basis. Ocean view and breeze were tremendous. Its easy to overlook that the second row in Kitty Hawk has ocean views the same as first row in KDH without the noise of being on Rt 12.

This house is bright and airy and well kept. The pool is a lot larger than other OBX pools we have seen and the hot tub is in a shaded spot under the deck. Great view of the ocean from the upper deck and a convenient and quick walk to the beach. Beach access from this location has wide access and no stairs.

The house layout and size were great. The extra dining area and bar stools gave us plenty of room to complete our 2000 piece puzzle and still have a place to eat !The beach access is just a short walk. We had two children that never once complained. The pool was enjoyable but the area around it not so much. If they would make it concrete all the way around it instead of grass it would be great all around!
