Great home for a big family or a family vacation. Close to everything. The kids enjoyed the pool and there were lists of nice outside and inside areas to hang out at the house. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Great options for seating in the living room as well.

This home has been a great place for us to stay for 9 years now. The owner updates furnishings (beds, furniture, hot tub recently) when needed making this home comfortable. The views of the beach/ocean are wonderful, and the hot tub/heated pool are great in the fall when we rent also. The elevator is really helpful on moving in and out, and large grocery runs. We feel fortunate that we stumbled across this great property that we will continue to rent each year.

I have been going down to obx for past 18 years and this was an amazing house. Very kid friendly too which was great! We loved the heated pool and close beach access. Having the elevator was a huge bonus especially for check in and out. We would definitely stay at The Wright View again! Thank you for making this a great vacation spot!

We love this property, been in it for 7 fall visits now. Haven't had many maintenance issues, although we had a few this year, that were addressed immediately by Joe Lamb. Love the heated pool and the hot tub, and the ocean views from the deck and upper level of the house. Elevator is convenient for move-in and move-out days, and for large grocery runs.

This house was absolutely perfect. It's location is wonderful, the beach access is right across the street and then you have shops and restaurants all around. It's beauifully decorated and the views from the living room are gorgeous. The kitchen is fully stocked, we had everything you'd need. The elevator was very helpful, especially on check in and check out and bringing in the groceries. We will definitely be back to stay in this house again.

The Wright View was perfect for our group of four senior citizens (all who were High School friends and have been vacationing on the OBX for the past 9 years). We all loved this cottage. It was well-stocked. The heated pool was great. The views and location were outstanding. We are planning to return next year! During the past 9 years we have never been as impressed with a cottage as we have with The Wright View. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your place and for allowing the heated pool to be opened a week early!
