This was a good house for our family of 4. The walk to the beach is pretty short and the Maynard street access is easy to cross. The house is well maintained and was plenty for us though.

The house is fully stocked in the kitchen and the house was cozy. The only issue is the bathroom for the main bedroom is very tiny.

As always, top notch experience with Joe Lamb! Communication is excellent. We actually checked in after 4 but they hadn't come to drop the welcome bag…someone knocked on our door and checked to be sure everything was good and dropped it off. Completely unexpected and I wish I had gotten her name. She was incredibly sweet!

We had a fantastic stay at Reed's Remedy. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. It was such a short walk to the beach and could see the ocean from our deck. We will definitely be back. Joe Lamb Realty was great to work with. They even called us on the way to tell us our house was ready a couple of hours early. We have always been so happy dealing with Joe Lamb Realty. They make renting so easy.

Bright, clean and well maintained! Quick walk to the beach, and quiet residential road. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the layout of the house allowed for us to be all together, or for our teenagers to have some privacy, depending on the mood!

Very roomy for us, and we found it particularly helpful to have a Jack and Jill bathroom from the master bedroom to another room where our child was staying. Having two balconies and plenty of sitting room on the top floor was great for our large families that were staying in a combined two houses! There was a nice grill to use as well, so that was a plus!

What a very great experience we had staying at Reed's Remedy. It was exactly what we needed. Given the situation with COVID, we were looking for a place that would allow us to be near the beach but socially distanced in order to maintain our safety. The house was lovely and just a block to the beach. The beach was never too packed and all the other people were very respectful of maintaining distance from each other.

As for the house itself, it was a clean, well equipped home. You can tell the owners love their place as it has been well maintained. The furnishing and decor are what you would expect for a beach house. It's cozy and very family friendly. We really were able to make ourselves at home here.

Joe Lamb's website made it simple to find a place to stay that met our needs, sign our contract, make payment and ask any questions. They communicated well in the lead up to check-in and made sure that we had all the information we needed to access our rental with no issues.

Would definitely recommend Joe Lamb and will be using them again for our summer rental.
