We love staying in this property. in particular we like the upper floor open space. There is ample seating and varied seating areas so that folks can be either at the table eating or at the round table working on a puzzle or sitting in the two chairs reading or relaxing on the two sofas watching TV We also thoroughly enjoy the upper deck with its great ocean view

In general, the house is laid out beautifully. The kitchen is large and rather well appointed. The common living/dining/kitchen space is perfect. Love all the balcony space plus spacious parking area. Very close to the beach. Convenient to grocery stores, other shops and restaurants.

This house was beautiful. It has a wonderful view of the ocean for sunrise. We had 10 people and there waa plenty of room and we were not crowded at all. The bedroom/bathroom layout was great.

The house is well designed for multiply families to come and enjoy the beach. The elevator that started on the bottom level was perfect for older guest who have a hard time navigating the stairs. You can sit out on the front balcony and see the sun rise and on the back balcony you can see the sun set. The location was excellent for beach access. The double wide driveway was long enough for multiply cars. Because there was no traffic light off the main road, traffic on the street was very light. Great location for getting to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

Thank you for sharing your home with us! We loved the pool and the ocean views! It was nice to have a ping pong table instead of the pool table that seems to be the normal in most houses. The elevator was very helpful for our family.
