We loved having a good-sized pool and hot tub right in our back yard. It was great to enjoy after the beach. The house is close to the main road so the noise was only an issue when sitting by the pool. The only thing I would have changed was the size of the one shower

Excellent property for a large family (say 4 kids) or 2 families with 1 or 2 kids given the separation. Close enough to the activities of the area be it Duck or Kill Devils Hill to be convenient while being a little more economical than properties in those areas.

Extremely clean and well maintained property. Perfect size for our family of four (two adults, two teenagers). We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our second time at this house and we would consider staying again.

Cool Breeze was a wonderful home. It is perfect for two small families, which we had. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The house was well stocked with plates, cooking utensils, pot/pans etc. We all felt at home while we were there. The pool area was amazing and plenty of seating. The pool is a great size and the hot tub was great as well. We all said we would return to Cool Breeze again!

We had a wonderful time in this house. It was spotless, well organized with everything we needed for a fun family time. We cooked our meals almost every night and everything worked well. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans in good condition, dishes, etc. The a/c and fans kept us comfortable, we slept well on comfortable mattresses, there were multiple tvs and the cable /internet worked fine. The pool was clean and nice, there were plenty of lounge chairs. There are several decks perfect for watching sunsets and sunrises and even a cute screened porch. We would definitely recommend this place to small groups of 8 or less. It was perfect for us.

The house was very clean, well decorated, and nicely appointed. It had everything that you could need on vacation. Convenient location for the beach, shopping, and dining. We loved the pool and hot tub. Due to the size and layout, it was the perfect size for our family of four. Multiple families or a large group might feel a bit cramped.
