This was the most well stocked house we have stayed in at the OBX. This was also the cleanest house. We always have to clean when we check in and we did not have to clean anything this year. This was our first time renting from Joe Lamb

We loved this property. The kitchen was very well equipped with all things you could need and the most organized I have ever seen. The decks were great. The bedrooms were nice and so was the pool area. It was quiet even though located on 12. The location was great close to the beach - and stores.
