This property is right on the beach which is very convenient when lugging all our beach gear every day. It is close to great restaurants and some within walking distance I highly recommend staying here.

If you are looking for a rental right on the beach and close to great restaurants and grocery stores, this is the house to rent. We have been renting the same house for about seven years now and we love it. Arts burgers are the best and you can order and eat right on the beach.

This year was great staying at Kity I . There is now a hose to clean off the sand where as in past years we didn't have anything to get the sand off. The sliding door was fixed. It was clean and we had a great time! Can't wait to stay there again next year!

This is a wonderful home for families. There is plenty of space and it has such a homey feel. We loved the view of the ocean from the kitchen and dining areas. It was a great first beach experience for our 3 year old. We would highly recommend staying here.
