Great location. Newer furniture throughout house. Kitchen equipped with what was needed. Plenty of restaurants in close proximity of house. Easy access to the beach which was right across the street

We liked the position of the house, close to the beach, close to all the shopping stores. The layout of the house is beautiful: the bedrooms, bathrooms, laundry room, kitchen and leaving room in the best layout position. The porch was great; seeing the sunrise while having a morning coffee was a plus.
