This property was perfect for our stay in OBX. The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. The ice maker worked like a champ! I highly recommend renting this unit.

Excellent location with a view of the ocean off the side front deck. Ample stocked kitchen and furniture for four occupants; however, there is no regular coffee maker only a Keurig. Nice to have a storage space below for beach items. The pool was nice on those days that you couldn't access the ocean due to rip currents. The location was good for shopping, restaurants, and additional activities.

This is unit is large and modern with excellent amenities, great ocean view, two porches, excellent kitchen amenities. It was also very clean and free of obtrusive odors, mold, etc.. The complex itself is small and the beach in front of this unit is less crowded than areas in either direction. The pool is also very nice. There is an elevator which helps a lot.

The views from the unit are nothing less than stunning! It's proximity to the beach is excellent, and the unit has every convenience you could need. None of us wanted to leave, and if we could have, we'd have booked another week!
