The location on the beach was great, and the fact that you can walk to excellent restaurants makes the location even better. The rental itself was comfortable and was well equipped for our stay. We will definitely return.

There were quite a few stairs as it was on the second floor but other than that it was a very quiet and restful place. It was close to everything we wanted to see and many good places to eat out. I did like that the 2 bedrooms were separated by a bathroom and laundry so you couldn't hear what was going on in the bedrooms. The ocean view was lovely.

R-6 is a brightly decorated, clean, cozy condo in central KDH. We saw dolphins swimming, flocks of pelicans diving for fish, gorgeous sunrises right from the covered deck and sunsets from the upper decks. The sundeck and gazebo provided an unobstructed pathway to the private beach. The pool was clean with plenty of chairs. We walked to local restaurants and stores and met alot of the "residents". All in all we will be returning!!!

This was an awesome condo! We were very pleased not only with the location, but the cleanliness and readiness for our stay.
