Great location for us retirees… very close to beach with decks to sit on if you don’t like the sand.

Very nice and comfortable unit. Beach and pool were great. Unit and pool were very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Tv options were adequate.

The unit is wonderful! One thing to be aware of is with the unit being on the 1st floor and the walkway to the beach right next to the bedrooms we were woken up by kids running & screaming. The kids were running back & forth!! Also we found it strange that several renters were saving parking spots underneath the building by setting out a chair or cone to block others from using the spot. The spots were not assigned to a specific condo so we found this very odd.

Love this location, the unit was recently updated. We stayed here last year in unit #2. We love the direct access to the beach & having the option of the swimming pool. The condo is centrally located to many wonderful restaurants & attractions. Booking with Joe Lamb agency for the first time has been a great experience too. I would highly recommend this unit & the condo complex itself.

Great condo overall. Centrally located, perfect for family with children, ocean front, fully stocked kitchen, and nice recent renovations. We had everything we needed! Loved this rental so much we rented it twice now and will be back again.
