Pirate's Perch was a wonderful condo right on the beach. My husband and I loved our stay. We have been vacationing in OBX for 25 years. This was our first time at Pirate's Perch... but definitely not our last. The condo was clean and well decorated. The view was amazing and just a few steps from the beach. We highly recommend this condo!!!! We had an awesome vacation!!!!

Great view. Dumb waiter is good for bringing luggage up to third floor. End unit- quiet and loved waking up to the ocean sounds. Parking always available.

Pirates Perch is a nice place to stay. The view is spectacular! You couldn’t ask for a better view!! Everything we needed in the kitchen was there, and they left one cabinet empty to put our kitchen items we brought, which is important.

This is a cute, clean, and comfortable condo with an awesome view. Well stocked kitchen, mostly updated, good location, with easy beach access. This was our 3rd stay at this unit.

You cannot beat the view and proximity to the beach. Quaint beach front condo where you can watch all the action from the deck or be part of the action right on the beach.

This is a really cute, comfortable, clean condo that has been mostly updated. The view is Awesome! Good location. Well stocked kitchen. You must be able to climb 3 flights of stairs.
