Beautiful home with brand new dock. Water views from kitchen and dining area. Outdoor deck was perfect for dinner and drinks at sunset. Great neighborhood. If with dogs, accessible area for dogs to walk and swim right next door. Driveway was also in great condition for kids to scooter and bike ride.

Beautiful location and house, especially if you enjoy wildlife and the outdoors, like we do! Watching the Osprey pair was so much fun.
The most gorgeous sunsets can be enjoyed from the comfortable and relaxing deck. Very bright, open floorplan with lots of large windows overlooking the bay. The pool was very clean and refreshing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house and hope to return in the future.

Usually we stay at oceanfront but decided to try soundfront this time for a change. It was wonderful. We enjoyed every aspect of the home and views especially the Osprey nest. The home was well suited for a dog with walking areas and gating where needed. The home has many nice improvements and is quite comfortable.

My family and I had an awesome stay at Osprey Point. The home is very comfortable and has awesome views of the sound, especially at sunrise and sunset.

WE LOVE OSPREY POINT!! As we pulled up the tree lined drive and reached the top we were greeted with the amazing view of the lovely home but eyes were drawn to the the pool area overlooking the sound...WOW!! We loved the friendly quiet homey neighborhood, and the property itself is amazing. Right on the sound the views, wildlife sounds and breezes are so wonderful and soothing. Sunrise and sunsets are AMAZING. Our poodles loved the dog beach just next to the house. While the pool is not large it is wonderful and just right for our family. Our 6 year old granddaughter was in it constantly and had a blast wearing her goggles and searching for diving toys! And the view from the pool looking out on the sound is breathtaking. The hot tub below the duck on lower level in a perfect spot ( under cover for those rainy days ) also has beautiful views and it is a very nice hot tub.
The kitchen is fantastic with its top of the line appliances we loved cooking in it which we did almost every meal, as well as using the gas grill.
They thought of everything when stocking the dishes and pots pans etc, very nice quality too!
The huge master bedroom with an amazing large beautiful bathroom with walk-in large shower and sunroom is absolutely lovely . The other 2 upstairs bathrooms are also nice of average size. (Couldn't figure out how the tub drain stoppers worked however) we felt more at home at Osprey Point than any other vacation home we have rented. We did not want to leave.
We can't wait to return to Osprey Point!!!
PS. We loved watching Ricky and Lucy in their nest high above the water, building it , catching their meals, and they kept a watchful eye on us as well lol!!
