Very nice house. Will accommodate a large group or just two couples. Loved having coffee on the deck each morning! Look forward to renting again!

Nice property that is well kept, well-stocked kitchen. The top deck is very nice for watching the ocean. Overall it is one of the best properties we've stayed in. The cleaning could have been a little more detailed.

Great location. Easy access to the pool and beach just steps away. Great house for toddlers because ALL decks are self contained with no steps. The pool deck has a locking gate so that little ones cannot get to the pool without an adult. Great patio furniture. Plenty of bathrooms and the beds are very comfortable. Nice large family dining table. TVs in every room. Over all it's the best house we've stayed in since we started coming to OBX 35 years ago.

This house has everything a small family grouping could want. Elevator for easy unloading and loading and moving older guests from top floor to bottom and vice versa. It's also centrally located to everything the OBX offers.

The house is fantastic but we usually visit in the summer and dogs aren't allowed on the beach in KDH in the summer. So it worked for us in April but won't in the summer.
