The house was in a great location and the beach access on Prospect St. had a public restroom which came in handy. The ice machine was also a nice amenity to fill our coolers. The only downfall was not having a bathroom close to the pool.

Nic o Time is a very clean space and laid out very nicely. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes etc. Easy beach access but no handicapped ramp if that is a concern.

This was a first time family vacation in OBX. Having young grands from 2-6, it was a perfect house. Our 5 year old grand was so sad on Friday night because we had to leave on Saturday. In his own words "can we stay forever". Having a pool was a great extra for the littles, so when the beach became too much we could enjoy the pool. Which was alot. It is a beautiful house.

We loved Nick O' Time and will definitely consider renting the property again. The home was very clean & it has a great "beachy" feel, which we love. The pool is great & beach access is super close. We wish the swing was hanging on the 2nd floor deck as shown in online pics, as that was 1 of the reasons we chose this property.
