Great house with a prime location! This house has great shared space with plenty of deck space to see the beach road and the ocean. Well outfitted kitchen with plenty of space for cooking for a large group. It's so close that we walked to things most of the week (ice cream, restaurants, wine/beer). Close beach access is a win too!

House was very accommodating to our 6 adults and 2 children. Great location with easy beach access. Very nicely decorated and equipped house. Viewed sunrise on the ocean and sunset over the Wright Memorial from the many decks. Enjoyed the pool! Very nice place to spend the week at a very reasonable price.

We have rented this house for 11 yeas. Joe Lamb, Jr. has managed the house for the past two years and we see the difference in how the house is maintained, and we appreciate the using a code instead of keys to gain entrance into the house.
