Amazing house. Appointed very well. Views of the sound are breathtaking. Short walk to shops and options to eat. Everything we needed was there. The house was very clean and laid out beautifully. Our large family really enjoyed this home and would definitely rent it again! One recommendation would be to rent a golf cart to get around easier. We did this and it was a great addition!

We absolutely enjoyed everything about this house. Very comfortable living areas and nicely appointed bedrooms. The house was light and airy! We loved watching sunsets over the sound every night. The adult kids used the stairs to street as a shortcut to getting into Duck!
We rented a golf cart which helped get our gear to the beach.
We would love to return to this house again soon!

This property is located in a perfect spot with spectacular views of the water and is beautifully furnished and appointed in every way. The pool and patio are also a great place to be along with the many decks !!

Our family loves this property. The home is perfect for what we're looking for on our vacation. This was our 4th time here, and we will likely be back. We enjoy the proximity to the boardwalk as well as the beach. The pool is great for our younger children and the sunset views from the deck never disappoint!!

The home is beautiful & clean. Pool area and views are spectacular. We are hoping to rent this house again next year! It will be our first time returning to a previous home. We did rent a golf cart and it was the best decision for getting supplies to and from the beach.

This was a wonderful house for our extended family.
We had fourteen and sometimes people visiting for dinner made 21 and there was ample counters, seating with two tables, bar stools and the living room furniture.

Excellent property with amazing views of the sound. Just a half-mile walk to the beach or step to shopping in Duck. Even during the week of Christmas 2020, we found plenty to do. Love the ice maker on the bottom floor and the beverage fridge in the kitchen. Two ovens made prep for meals a breeze. Maintenance service, when we needed it, was prompt.

Beautiful spacious home! Great location! Renting a golf cart was helpful for getting stuff to the beach. Only thing not perfect about this house was bathroom on middle floor (with access from queen bedroom) did not have a shower. There was a door connecting it to a bathroom with a shower sink and toilet with access from the hall and although there was a door between them if both toilets were being used at the same time it felt like you were in the same room! Other than that the house was perfect!

Pony Paradise was the respite our family needed! Beautiful decor, spacious common areas, stunning pool deck, unbeatable location (walkable to every corner of town and to the beach!), very well stocked kitchen, and surround sound in living areas and by pool with easy Bluetooth connection! We will be back; don't hesitate to book if you're on the fence!

Overall we found the home to be exceptional. The views, the amenities, the decor all exceeded our expectations. We had a small issue not finding a bluetooth connection to the outdoor speakers, but that was a minor inconvenience. For what our family was looking for, it was absolutely perfect and it made our first trip to OBX one to remember. Oh - you need scissors in the kitchen ;-)
