GRILLING PROCEDURE
Grilling on decks, porches, or wooden walkways is prohibited.
While some grills are stationary and cannot be moved, those that are portable should be placed on concrete and at least 25 feet away from the home.
Please clean before and after each use. Grills not cleaned at checkout will result in a management clean-up fee.
No refunds are made for non-functioning grills.
Please do not ever leave a grill that is being used unattended.

Cleaning Directions:
Charcoal Grills
After cooking, please cover the grill with the lid for grease on the grate to become crisp, then brush the grill with a wire brush. Once again, always remember to monitor the grill. If there is no brush present, please report this to maintenance (maintenance request form) and we will have one delivered to you. Upon check-out, please assure that the coals are completely extinguished and then dump them.
Propane Grills
After cooking, please stay present and leave the grill on for several minutes with the lid down for grease on the grate to become crisp enough to brush off with a wire brush. If there is no brush present, please report this to maintenance (maintenance request form) and we will have one delivered to you. Propane grills should be returned to a clean condition upon checkout.
