This house is perfect especially the elevator which goes from ground floor to 3rd floor perfect for wheel chair the heated pool was great when you couldn' t go to beach cause of weather the pool was a good option We will be renting again next year.

This was our third summer staying at “the green beach house “ as my grandsons call it. It is the perfect size and setup for our family of six adults and four young grandsons. We like the proximity to the beach and being able to walk on a service road rather than busy beach road. The pool is great!

This is a great location (being on a feeder road) for families who have young children to walk to and from the beach. We like the proximity to stores and restaurants. We enjoy the pool. Overall this house works very well for our combined family with young children. The kitchen is well equipped.

We especially enjoyed the view of the nature park in the back. The pool area was great for the three young grandchildren. The living/dining area is spacious and very comfortable. We also liked having the feeder road in front of the house which felt much more safe walking young children the short distance to the beach access than walking along a busy street.

The house is awesome. The rooms and bathrooms are nice size and comfortable. The pool is awesome. The outdoor shower with both hot and cold water was such a nice touch. Joe Lamb Realty responds to inquiries/concerns very quickly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a perfect week staying at Foot Prints In The Sand! The rooms are spacious and the furnishings were excellent. The pool was huge & getting the pool heated was so nice for the small children & baby. Loved the elevator.

My family of 12 ranging from ages 4 . 70 had a wonderful stay. The elevator and private swimming pool were fantastic!!! Loved the hot tub also. The pool service was there on Monday to check chemicals, vacuum and clean. Being a hot tub owner myself, I brought testing strips with me. I checked levels the Saturday we checked in and they were perfect.
The kitchen was well stocked and we had everything we needed. Loved the outdoor shower,
Thank you for making a vacation during a pandemic feel so safe. The beach wasn't crowded and family groups maintained excellent social distancing. We rarely left the house except to walk across the street to the beach. We brought our food and supplies with us. Made a trip to a close seafood market for shrimp a fresh flounder we got some take out too, no problem Having 3 grandmas with canes, we enjoyed the short drive to a handicap beach access?

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. The pool is extremely clean, gets full sun, and you have a sense of privacy. The outdoor shower area is roomy and has cold AND hot water. On our first day we attempted to use the beach access street directly across the street from the house only to be yelled at by someone. On future days we packed up the truck, drove a couple of blocks south, and parked on beach access road. This worked out fine as plenty of parking directly at steps.
