Zee is thrilled to return to the Outer Banks to serve as Chairman and CEO of the family real estate businesses. He has been a NC Real Estate Broker since 1979, obtaining his license while a Junior at Duke University.  Zee has served as County Manager in three North Carolina counties, retiring in January 2022 from Nash County. He is a former County Commissioner of Pasquotank County (1988-1997) and Former General Counsel NC State Board of Elections. Zee also attended UNC-Chapel Hill School of Law.
