Tim’s journey to the Outer Banks is a story of love—for the area, the community, and helping others find their dream home by the sea. He began his real estate career in Fredericksburg, VA, back in 1987 with a Century 21 company. In 1991, he and his wife, Jan, built a house on the beach road in Kill Devil Hills, dreaming of summers spent renting it out, and spring and fall escape for themselves.

That dream grew into something much bigger. By 2002, Tim and Jan decided it was time to make the Outer Banks their full-time home. Joining Joe Lamb Realty, Tim quickly became the Broker-in-Charge and eventually the President, helping families find their own slice of this coastal paradise.

But Tim’s heart extends beyond real estate. As a member of the Outer Banks Radio Club and a licensed pilot, he’s deeply involved in the community, whether he’s volunteering at local events or lending a hand at the area’s iconic parades.

Living just a few hundred feet from the ocean has been nothing short of magical for Tim and Jan. It’s a life they cherish, and Tim is passionate about helping others experience the same joy. Whether you’re dreaming of a vacation home or a forever home, Tim is here to help make it happen.
