We had a great experience. We drove from NH and arrived a few hours ahead of schedule. We were able to get into the property before check in. The house was neat and clean and we had no maintenance issues.

Our third stay at Sunshine Inn. Love the pool and all the decks. The backyard is so big and 2 grills were so convenient. The kitchen has everything we needed.

Very nice pet friendly house with a nice pool and nice hot tub. Very convenient beach access. Very nice kitchen. The 3 master suites are very nice - one on each floor. Very clean pool. Walkable to some restaurants and bars.

We really enjoyed this property. Pet friendly and quick walk to the beach. Top deck gives you views of the ocean! Every deck made you want to sit outside and enjoy the ocean air. The extra fridge downstairs was awesome for our big family. The outdoor area for the dog to run around was a great bonus. Can't wait to stay here again! Thanks Joe Lamb!

We absolutely love your property! Thank you for sharing your home for our family vacation. It is open and airy and spacious - and so close to the beach. Love the pool and jacuzzi too and the grill and beach equipment. Everything we needed was there - we came from Michigan, Missouri and New York - so this was perfect.
