Access to the beach is via a sand path located approximately 135 feet to the North and across the beach road or 360 feet south at Balchen St. With restaurants, shopping, and SeaScape Golf Links nearby, this home puts the best of Kitty Hawk right at your fingertips.

Ground Level: Parking for 3 Cars, Steps to Main Level, Sitting Area w/Porch Swing, Beach Cart, Enclosed Outside Shower, and Storage.

Main Level: Living Area w/TV, Kitchen w/Granite Counters & Bar Seating for Four (4), Dining Area w/Seating for Six (6), Access to Sun Deck w/Deck Furniture & Horizon Ocean Views, Laundry Area, 3 Bedrooms (Private Suite w/King, streaming TV, and Full Bath w/Shower, 1 w/Queen, streaming TV, 1 w/2 Singles and TV- No streaming capability, for games only), and Full Hall Bath.

wifi didnt work took 4 days of calling to get someone to come out. last night our thermostat stopped working and it was blistering hot.

This house was perfect. The house was so clean and had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed our cup of coffee every morning on the deck. I will say I was very impressed with the house and will definitely stay there again.
