The location of this house is perfect. Right across the street from the ocean! Nice pool and hot tub! Kitchen is big and had everything we needed for our week. Parking is a bit tricky but we managed! Parking is for two cars only!

Koas Reef is a fabulous house! Lots of room for all guests and a convenient location if you have young kids going to the beach. Pool and hot tub are a great addition as well. We've stayed 2 summers in a row and will be back for our 3rd next year!

This house had the best location we have ever stayed at. It was super close walking distance for the kids, literally right across the street. The beach wasn't busy at all and we really enjoyed the stay. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone!

The view was spectacular! We enjoyed just sitting on the deck and looking at the ocean.
You could also wake up to the view and sounds of the ocean from some of the bedrooms. The layout of the house is great and very comfortable. It was nice having one bedroom on the top level and the rest on the middle level and very nice that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The access to the beach was very convenient. Anything you needed was also close by (grocery, restaurants, etc.) Would definitely recommend this house.

This is a wonderful property. Can't beat the views. The interior is nicely maintained and very comfortable. Lots of room for everyone. Walking distance to Black Pelican and Hurricane Mo's is a bonus!
