We have been coming to OBX since 1996 and have rented this particular home on numerous occasions. The owners obviously take great pride in the home and have continued to make wonderful updates over the years, both inside and out. The location makes it accessible to all parts of the island, and it's a very short walk across the street to the beach. The pool and hot tub are so much fun for everyone! Very clean, very comfortable, very well-stocked.

This is an awesome property. Fully updated, clean and well stocked with all of the appliances and tools we needed.
We really loved the pool, we don't have one at home. The walk to the beach was no more then 100 yards. The property is close to grocery shopping and outlets. The owner, owns the pier just a few yards from the property and they were lovely. They even offer guests to fish at their pier for free.
we have a blended family so it was awesome having bedrooms, living room, bathroom and kitchenette on both floors to allow for different ages to hang out by themselves when they needed "alone" time.

We have stayed in this particular home at least 5 or 6 times in the past. The location is excellent and the driveway accommodates our boat and guest cars nicely. The pool is always a hit! The home is constantly maintained and cheerfully decorated - the bathrooms are all recently upgraded. The pool table and the second refrigerator for drinks on the first level are a huge plus! We love our family get-togethers at Fishing Unlimited.

The house has an awesome lay out and "flows" well. I love that it is only 2 levels verses 3 levels. This is nice for your "senior" guests. The private sink in the queen room upstairs is a great feature.
Also, I love having only 4-5 steps down to get to the outside pool area. Two flights of stairs to get to the pool can be exhausting day after day. I love this house and the bonus is 3 full bathrooms plus an outside shower. This worked well for our group of 12.

Homely setting for a smaller family. Comfortable accommodations as well as location if one enjoys south Nags Head as we do. We typically vacation with 20 family members. This time immediate family only 9 so perfect beach home setting.

This is the 3rd or 4th time we have stayed in this home in the 25 years we have been coming to OBX. WE were earlier in the season than in the past and were pleasantly surprised with the kitchen, in particular. The dishes, silverware, and pots and pans were all nicely organized.
